Your account settings include power scheduling and fallback templates.
Manage power scheduling
Power scheduling on the account level allows you to schedule when all screens are on and off. To do so, perform the following steps:
In the sidebar, click Settings.
In the Account tab, set times when the player is on or off:
Power on: Specify a time period for individual days during which the screen is on. Click + if you need more than one time period per day.
OFF all day: Select if the screen should be off.
Click Save to save your power schedule.
Note
If you set a custom power schedule for a location or a screen, it overrides the screen power schedule.
Set a fallback template
Fallback media starts to play on your screens when there's nothing else to play in playlist. This ensures that your screens always show content.
To use your own sign as a fallback template, perform the following steps:
In the sidebar, click Settings.
In the Account tab, click Edit under Fallback template.
Create your fallback template:
Name of sign: Give the sign a name. We recommend a meaningful naming structure for easy identification.
Media: Drag and drop media from the Media Library drawer on the right side. Make sure that the aspect ratio of the media matches the media box.
Title: Add a title.
Text: Add text.
Check the preview to see what your sign will look like.
Optionally, flip between different aspect ratios. This is only visible if the template supports multiple aspect ratios.
Click Save to save your fallback template.
