Use triggers to activate scheduling rules based on specific parameters, such as a specific time of day or external factors like the weather. You can add triggers to broadcasts or to media in your screen playlist.
There are three types of triggers:
Dayparts
This is a central scheduling trigger for efficient planning across multiple locations or screens. One use case is different schedules for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
Set up a daypart trigger with a schedule of your choice and use it for as many broadcasts as you like. Simply update the main trigger and the daypart trigger as needed, and all associated broadcasts will be updated.
Timer
This trigger allows you to repeat a broadcast at specified intervals. For example, the content can be played every 5 minutes, regardless of what else is on the screen.
External
This trigger is linked to an external data source, such as a weather report. It can be activated when, for example, it snows, shines, or temperatures exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
