Duplicate your broadcasts
Instead of starting from scratch with every new broadcast, consider duplicating an existing broadcast:
You can simply reuse your settings, filters, and media and make minor adjustments if needed.
To do so, find the broadcast you want to duplicate and select Options > Duplicate.

Use meaningful names and tags
Meaningful naming and tagging are crucial for easily finding the assets you need for your template or broadcast:
We recommend using a naming structure for your files and tagging them accordingly.
Use tags to label a campaign period so you can easily delete files after they expire.
Screen playlists
Add content directly to the screen playlist
Adding content directly to the screen playlist might be the best way for you to save time and effort:
If you only have a few screens with individual content, add content directly to the screen playlist instead of using the more comprehensive broadcast feature.
If you need more information about media you want to add, drag the edge of the media library drawer to the left to display additional columns with more details.
