# Register a new account

If you haven't used IXM Aqua before, you'll receive an email invitation from your sales representative to register a new account.

Once you have an email invitation, perform the following steps to create your IXM Aqua account:

1. Open the invitation email.
2. Click on the link in the email to activate your account.
3. Enter your first name and last name.
4. Set a password for your account.
5. Click **Continue** to register your account.

> - If you have not received an email, please check with your sales representative.
> - If the invitation link has expired, contact your administrator to send you a new one.
