Invite a new user

To add a new user, perform the following steps:

1. In the sidebar, click Users & Roles.

2. Click Add new in the header.

3. Select Invite user.

4. Specify the following user settings:

   • Email: Enter the user's email address. This will be used for the invitation and as login credentials.

   • Role: Select a role from the dropdown menu.

   • Select locations: Select which locations the user will be able to access. Administrators can access all locations, selection is not necessary.

5. Click Send invite to send an invitation to the email address.

The email invitation includes instructions on how to activate the account and access IXM Aqua.
