# Edit a content type

To edit an existing content type, perform the following steps:

1. In the sidebar, click **Share of Voice**.
2. Switch to the **Content types** tab.
3. Click **Options** next to the content type you want to edit*.*
4. Select **Edit**.
5. Edit the name of the content type as desired.
6. Click **Save** to save your changes.
