Create a new account

As a partner, you can create a new account for another user. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to IXM Aqua.

2. Click New Account.
   

   
   

3. In the New Account window, enter the following information:

   • Connect to customer: Select an existing customer from the list. This links the account to the customer.

   • Account name: Enter a name for the account.

   • First name: Optionally, enter the first name of the account owner.

   • Last name: Optionally, enter the last name of the account owner.

   • E-mail: Optionally, enter the email address of the account owner.

4. Click Create to create the account.
