To create a sign from a template, perform the following steps:
In the sidebar, select Media Library.
Click New Media in the header.
Select Sign from Template.
Enter the name of the template.
Set the aspect ratio (the format). A sign can provide multiple formats.
To select a template, click on its thumbnail or name.
In the Template creator, use the following options to create your sign:
Name: Give the sign a name, according to your naming structure for easy identification.
Media: Drag and drop media from the Media Library drawer. Make sure that the aspect ratio of the media matches the media box.
Title: Add a title.
Text: Add text.
Use the preview to see what your sign will look like when you add content.
Optionally, flip between different aspect ratios. This is only visible if the template supports multiple aspect ratios.
Click Save to save your sign.
