# Add a new channel

To add a new channel in IXM Aqua, follow these steps:

1. In the sidebar, click **Settings**.
2. Switch to the **Channels** tab.
3. 4. In the **Create channel** dialog, enter a **Channel name**.
5. Select **Screen format** and a screen format to apply it to all screens in this channel.

6. Click **Save** to save your channel.
