# Manage spot variants

You can manage the variants of a spot in the original spot's properties. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. Go to **Content > Playlist**.
2. In the **Selectable spots** pane, select the spot whose variants you want to manage.
3. Click **Edit >** **Edit properties**.
4. Switch to the **Variants** tab.
5. Select a variant and perform the following actions as desired:

| **Remove from all playlists** | Click to remove the selected variant from all playlists. |
| --- | --- |
| **Delete variant** | Click to delete the selected variant. |
| **Delete sub-variants** | Click to delete all sub-variants of a variant or spot. Only available if you select a variant that has sub-variants. |
| **Occurrences** | Click to display playlists that contain the variant. In the subsequent window, click **Delete** **from all playlists** to delete the variants from all playlists. |
| **Preview** | Click to view a preview of the selected variant in a new browser window. |
