Data source

Enter the name of your data source.

To establish the connection, it must be identical to the description in the UDC data source.

Display duration

Specify the display duration of the spot in seconds.

Max. number of days

Specify for how many days including today the weather data is displayed.

Language & units

Language

Select the language of the displayed weather data:

• German

• English

Date format

Specify a format for the displayed weather data. Possible values: 

• MM/DD/YEAR (03/05/2025)

• DD.MM.YEAR (05. 03. 2025)

• D MMM YEAR (5 MAR 2025)

The date also depends on the selected language.

Temperature

Select a temperature unit:

• °C: degrees Celsius

• °F: degrees Fahrenheit

Background 

Background color enabled

Select to set a background color for the spot.

Select a background color for the spot. 

Background image enabled

Select to enable background image.

If you have a background image, the background color is not displayed.

Click Add medium and select a background image.

Type

Select a font type for the alphanumeric characters.

Color

Select a color for the alphanumeric characters.

Visible

Select to set a background color for the box.

Select a color for the box background.

Select to display the box border.

Color

Select a color for the border.

Width

Specify the width of the box border in pixel.

Shadow

Select to display a shadow.

Radius (px)

Specify the roundness of the box corners.

Icon color

Select a color for the weather icons, such as clouds or rain.

Indicator color

Select a color for the maximum and minimum temperature icons.

Orientation

Select how the elements are aligned on the canvas:

• Auto

• Horizontal

• Vertical

Animations

Delay (s)

Specify how long to delay animations in seconds.

Animations > Intro sequence

Type

Select the type of the intro sequence. 

Check the spot preview to test the individual animation styles.

Stagger time

Specify how long to delay intro sequence in seconds.

If you enter 0, all elements are simultaneously displayed and animated.

Type

Select the style of the outro sequence.

Check the spot preview to test the individual animation styles.

Specify how long to delay outro sequence in seconds.

If you enter 0, all elements are simultaneously displayed and animated.
