# Manage media details

The media details contain basic media information and give you the opportunity to change the media's thumbnail image.

To manage spot details, perform the following steps:

1. In IXM One, go to **Content > Media management**.
2. In the **Media groups** pane, select the spot group where your spot is located.
3. Alternatively, select the media and click **Edit > Edit properties**.
4. Switch to the **Details** tab and check the details.
5. Optionally, click on **Display** to display meta data such as the width or height.
6. Optionally, work with the thumbnail using the following options:
  - Click **Add** to upload a thumbnail image. You can use JPG, PNG, or GIF with a default maximum file size of 5 MB.
  - Click **Download** to download the thumbnail image.
7. Click **Save** to save any changes.
