This is especially useful if you manage large or complex screen networks: - **Data export**: Perform bulk updates externally and import the updated file back into the system. - **Built-in validation**: The system ensures data integrity during import, detecting formatting errors and preventing invalid updates before they affect your setup. ## Import ad spaces To import ad spaces, perform the following steps: 1. If an error is detected, you must correct the file and try importing again. If automatic validation indicates an error, you can check the following: - **Required columns**: Ensure that your CSV file contains the columns: **Active**, **Playername**, and **Location**. All columns must be present in the file for the values to be transferred to IXM One. - **Filled values**: Each field under a column must be filled, meaning it must contain a value that IXM One can process. - **Valid values**: The values in the fields must match their columns. For example, the **Active** column can only contain the value **1** (active) or **0** (inactive). - **Matching data**: The information in the CSV file must match the information in IXM One. For example, the player's name and location must be identical in both places.
