# Generate user lists

You can generate a user list report with the most important information about your IXM One users.

The report is created as a CSV file.

## Generate user list report

To generate a user list report, perform the following steps:

1. Go to **Reports > Reports**.
2. Select the **User list** tab.
3. Select one of the following delimiters for the CSV file:
  - **;**
  - **,**
4. Click **Load user list** to create the CSV file.

## Work with the user list report

> An empty field indicates that no data is available.

You can get the following user information from the CSV report:

| **User name** | User name in IXM One. |
| --- | --- |
| **First Name** | First name of the user. |
| **Last Name** | Last name of the user. |
| **User Type** | User type as specified in the permission group. |
| **Locked** | User account is locked: - TRUE: the account is locked. - FALSE: the account is not locked. |
| **Last Login** | Date and time of the user's last login to IXM One. |
| **Functional User Groups** | Permission group assigned to the user. |
| **User Groups** | User groups assigned to the user. |
| **Comment** | Comments in the user profile. |
