# Export files

Use the export manager to export spots from IXM One and save them on your computer.

To use the export manager, perform the following steps:

1. 2. In the **Export manager** window, use the following options as required:

| **Restart** | Restart the export of the selected file(s). |
| --- | --- |
| **Export status** | Select to perform the following actions: - Click **Download** to download the selected file(s). - Check for error messages if the export didn't succeed. |
| **Delete** | Delete the selected file(s) from the export manager and server. |
| **Delete finished** | Deletes all files with the status **Finished** from the export manager and server. |
