# Download media

You can download media files from IXM One to your computer.

### Prerequisites

Before you download media files, note the following requirements:

- Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and redirects to the IXM One site. This setting may vary depending on your browser.
- The browser will usually ask whether you want to allow multiple redirects for this site on the first attempt.
- If you select multiple files, the system creates a ZIP file.

## Download multiple media files

To download one or multiple media files, perform the following steps:

1. Go to **Content > Media management**.
2. In the **Selectable media** pane*, s*elect the media file(s).
3. Click **Tools > Download**.
