# Copy booking items

You can copy booking items within a booking, making it easier to create multiple similar booking items.

**Which values are copied?**

The following values are automatically transferred from the original to the new booking item, if they’re available:

- Product
- Spot length
- % of the advertisement time
- Frequency
- Target playbacks
- Start date and time
- End date and time
- Discount
- Handling cost
- Weekdays
- Time
- Ad spaces
- Tags

You can customize the copied values ​​in your new booking item as needed, eliminating the need to create each booking item from scratch.

## Copy a booking item

To copy a booking item, perform the following steps:

1. In IXM One, go to **DOOH > Booking**.
2. In the **Bookings** pane, double-click on the booking to which you want to add booking items.
3. In the **Update booking** window, select the booking item that you want to copy.
4. Click **Copy** to copy the booking item.
5. In the **Create booking item** window, edit the newly created booking item as required.
6. Click **Save** to save your changes.
