# Change your IXM password

You can change your password anytime. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. In the menu, hover over ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e2b87f73-d9f5-43cb-8182-2641762664fd/Images/Documentation/change-your-password-image-f7jnfvhv.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T19%3A12%3A49Z&se=2026-11-06T20%3A12%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=vyftJk4mRW%2Ft0wDJ5qF5Jpt6cJj8sxCeBaSbZhVV4qw%3D) and select **Change password**.
2. In the **Change password** window, enter your current password in the **Old password** field.
3. Enter your new password in the **New password** field.
4. Enter the new password in the **Repeat password** field.
5. Click **Save** or to save your changes*.*

> Note
> 
> By default, your password must contain at least five characters, one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter. Password rules may vary depending on system configuration.
