# Assign TeamViewer on Philips

TeamViewer allows you to remotely access and control your Android Player. To do so, you must assign a TeamViewer account to your Philips device.

### Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you meet the following requirements:

- You have a TeamViewer account.
- You’ve [installed and set up the Android Player](https://docs.grassfish.com/docs/android-player) on your Philips device.
- You have access to the device and its remote control.

## Assign your TeamViewer account

To assign a TeamViewer account, perform the following steps:

1. 2. 3. When the assignment dialog appears, press the right arrow ► on the remote to select **Assign**.
4. 5. Wait while TeamViewer assigns the player.
6. Once the device has been successfully assigned, check the connection information on the screen. 7. 8. Ensure that the channel **Custom** is selected. If not, use the down arrow ▼ on the remote to select it.
9. Once the channel is selected, the commercial starts playing on your device.
